Hi! I’m Anabel
I am a Talent Manager & Career Coach living in Zurich. I help mothers who want to come back to corporate life and those in their 20’s & 30’s who want to change or begin their career and are not sure where to start or what to do next. My mission is to guide you to reach your personal and career goals by feeling confident and finding purpose in what you do.
Why Career Coaching?
There is nothing like speaking to someone who feels like they have taken the right steps in their career. You can perceive confidence and passion, and smell the sweet fragrance of success; it is like some kind of magic.
Do you feel lost, confused, demotivated or stuck in a job you hate? Do you regret having ended up taking this career path? It is time to make a change; life is too short to be miserable at work!
And what else?
I was born in Spain and moved to Switzerland in 2015 with a clear goal: to grow as person and as a professional.
My experience as a Talent Manager and previously as an HR consultant has given me an extensive understanding of how to help those who are seeking a career that inspires and motivates them.
As of today, I have reached most of the goals that I had set for myself by this time in my life, and fortunately I still have a long way to go and keep discovering, evolving, experiencing, and encouraging others to do the same thing.
However, I’ve been there. I also have fought against insecurity, uncertainty, emptiness and even unhappiness. These are indeed the moments make us GROW, with the help of the application of powerful techniques and the power of will.
Now, I am in the place where I want to be. What about you?
How can I help?
I offer a comprehensive coaching programme specifically designed to help you get clear on what your ideal career would be. You will learn about your values, strengths, interests, passions and work preferences and we will create a clear vision of the career that is absolutely right for you.
If what you need is support in creating your CV, applying for jobs or preparing for an interview, there is also room for you in my schedule.
